Statement of Interest for Exhibitions

 

The Proletariat Gallery invites emerging and established artists of all mediums to submit a statement of interest and portfolio for solo or group exhibitions.

 

Located in the heart of Galveston’s Cultural Arts District, The Proletariat Gallery will hold eight exhibitions annually. Each opening reception coincides with Galveston’s ArtWalk which brings 1000-3000 visitors to the area that evening. ArtWalk is an art-focused neighborhood event held every 6-8 weeks where galleries, shops, restaurants, and non-profit groups invite patrons for an evening of refreshments, art and music entertainment, and socializing.

Physical portfolios and statements/resumes can be delivered to The Proletariat during regular business hours. (Please refrain from sending original artwork.)
